The experience starts from the farmhouse, with a nice walk we will reach the Slow Food farmer's market in Civitella di Romagna, where we will be able to buy the ingredients for our lunch directly from the farmers.

Once back in the kitchen we will discuss together the menu for lunch, aprons will be distributed and culinary tasks will be divided.

We'll prepare in the farmhouse kitchen a menu, a sustainable lunch with local season foods, home made pasta, vegetables and dessert.

Tasting lunch with what has been prepared, water, wine, and coffe included.

Running period: Sundays from April to October
Duration: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The workshop will be confirmed upon reaching the minimum number of participants

Contribution: € 70 participant ( minimum 4 participants )
